Guided entries

Guided entries

Structured areas where young people can easily supply required information.

A blank canvas is sometimes inappropriate and difficult to get started with. Guided entries are created by establishments or LAs as a series of questions or statements for students to respond to over a period of time.

Examples of guided entries might include information required for a review day, a UCAS application form or the Asdan COPE award form.

Rather than having to review guided entries one student at a time, responses are automatically collated bringing information together in one place for staff users. This can save enormous amounts of time and is especially useful for spotting students who are having difficulties.
