Communication tools for staff users to record items of concern that colleagues are able to see.
Where young people are taught by different members of staff in different establishments it is difficult to easily record issues, interventions or other information that all colleagues need to be aware of. The Tracking and Monitoring module solves this problem and also includes tools for colleagues to confirm they have seen and (if appropriate) actioned the information entered about students.
