BETT 2012 was chosen to launch a new online collaborative learning and assessment solution for schools in the UK by the President of Iceland, H. E. Mr Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson. InfoMentor has already enjoyed considerable success in over 1,000 schools across Iceland, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany.
HRH Prince Andrew also joined the celebrations to launch InfoMentor in the UK at BETT.
The partnership to bring InfoMentor to the UK has already had a high profile start with work starting during the Nordic-Baltic Summit hosted by David Cameron in January 2011.
Working together with WebBased Ltd, an experienced UK Education company, InfoMentor will provide simple, yet powerful online tools with a vision to enable all pupils to reach their goals and allow teachers to have more time to concentrate on learning rather than paperwork.
