The Role:

Our Customer Support Analysts are the 1st point of contact for all incoming support requests via email and telephone. You will be advising customers on a wide variety of technical issues and questions about their bespoke software applications. You’ll manage your caseload using ticket management software and you will be working closely with the rest of the support team to ensure we deliver first class customer satisfaction.

You’ll help grow WebBased’s brand and reputation by ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Our customers expect the best level of troubleshooting and you’ll be dealing with a large number of incoming requests every day, so you’ll be ready and able to tackle a challenge — you’ll get all the support and guidance you need along the way!
