The Role:

Our Customer Support Analysts are the 1st point of contact for all incoming support requests via email and telephone. You will be advising customers on a wide variety of technical issues and questions about their bespoke software applications, as well as testing new developments and bug fixes. You’ll manage your caseload using ticket management software and you will be working closely with the rest of the support team to ensure we deliver first class customer satisfaction.

You’ll help grow WebBased’s brand and reputation by ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Our customers expect the best level of troubleshooting and you’ll be dealing with a large number of incoming requests every day, so you’ll be ready and able to tackle a challenge — you’ll get all the support and guidance you need along the way!

Who we’re looking for

We’re not necessarily looking for years of specific experience or a defined set of qualifications. We’re a tight knit successful team looking for someone with a positive attitude and a drive to be part of something bigger. We’re looking for someone who finds great satisfaction in helping someone else and getting to the bottom of confusion. You’ll want to make complicated situations painless and simple for your customers and be able to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience. You will be testing changes to our software regularly so you’ll need to be a great problem-solver and be comfortable learning new technology fast.
