What does the role entail?
Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for supporting existing products, providing leadership and guidance to the development team, and leading on new product development. You’ll be given the tools, responsibility, and freedom to grow this role and develop the team.

Working closely with our Developers, Technical and Customer Support teams, and Management team, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire software development life cycle for all our core products. This role will take responsibility for developing software against business requirements, both functional and non-functional.

As Lead developer you will be expected to spend time understanding our legacy applications, while consistently advocating for the introduction of new technologies. This role will be a technical escalation point and will also be responsible for coaching / mentoring other team members in new technologies and best practices.
