We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to monitor and drive improvements in the quality of our processes and products. This is a diverse role where every day will be different.

Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, you will be responsible for the quality of business processes and products. With a focus on continual improvement, you will work alongside all teams across the business listening carefully to feedback from your colleagues to identify where efficiencies and improvements could be made. You will review projects and products to ensure lessons learned are applied to future work. You will gather data from our various internal systems to provide succinct and relevant management information on a regular basis, including business analysis that outlines problems, opportunities and solutions.  Critically, as a small company, the work you carry out will directly impact the daily activities of every member of our team.

Creating technical documentation is also a key part of this role; therefore, you will have proven written communication skills, with the ability to adjust your style for the appropriate purpose and audience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to the quality of a final product, our customer’s experiences, the efficiency of business processes, and most importantly, the working practices and job satisfaction of a close-knit team.
