Who are we

WebBased Ltd is a UK Company that builds software systems for Local Authorities, Schools, Trusts and similar organisations. The systems we build support Continuous Professional Development, e-Learning, Service Trading and Communications.

What doesn’t this policy cover.

If you are a customer of WebBased Ltd there is a specific Privacy Policy relating to the provision of our services (WebBased Ltd as your Data Processor) that you can access via the support hub, our support agents or email us.

  • other information relevant to customer surveys

If you apply for a job with us via our careers page we may also collect the following information:

If you have applied for a job with us and opted in to have your details stored on file we may contact you about future vacancies we think are suitable for you.
